Marketing conversion- Budd's plumbing SOP

Objective: This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the responsibilities and procedures for an  assistant in   Budd’s Plumbing to track down a key performance indicator that tracks our overall conversion of the marketing spend we are spending within Budd’s Plumbing.  

  1. Log into Jobber.com

                   a. Go to reports

                    b. Go to work reports

                    c. Go to Quotes Converted

                    d. Under options, click Last 30 days

                    e. Click Receive Excel Copy

                              i. This email might get routed to Mike and he will need to forward to you (we might need to find a solution here)

                              ii. If so, request in slack to forward it. 

         2. Once you have the report you will email it to 

                 a. Christian.Villasenor@scorpion.co

                 b. “Christian, for the month of (     ) we have attached our converted quotes spreadsheet for the last month.

                       Could you please tell us the following via your spreadsheet? How many of these customers we converted were leads

                       we paid for our on Google? What was our total amount of leads we paid for?

                        What is our paid lead quote conversion rate? I appreciate your time. Thank you, Aubrey”

          3. As asana repeatable task with the steps is to be drawn out in Asana within the Marketing project 

                 a. This task should be set to repeat every month on the last day and to be due on that day

          4. Once you receive the data back from Christian, you are to:

                 a. Enter the results in asana

                 b. Enter the results in the marketing channel within Slack

Note: This SOP can be customized based on the specific requirements and guidelines of Budd’s Plumbing. Regularly review and update the SOP to ensure it remains accurate and aligned with the company's evolving needs. Make notes below in Red that would make this SOP more efficient. Before changing the SOP above, Ben and Mike need to sign off on it.
